WALLA WALLA, Wash.-Drivers in Walla Walla will be affected by two road closures due to utility projects March 11-12.
A portion of South 3rd Avenue will be closed for utility work March 11-12.
The closure between Milburn Drive and West Yakima Street is expected to last from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, according to the City of Walla Walla.
Detours will be in place for drivers, however, emergency vehicles will not have through access. Although residents and pedestrians will have access, the City is advising people in the area to use caution as a private contractor conducts utility work.
According to the City of Walla Walla, Boyer Avenue between Stanton Street and North Clinton Street will also be closed on March. 12 from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
