RICHLAND, Wash.-The City of Richland’s Fall Carnival is Saturday, Oct. 26 from 2-4 p.m. in John Dam Plaza.
The free, family-friendly carnival will include a hayride, music and food, according to the city of Richland and kids will get a free small pumpkin (while supplies last).
Attendees are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to the carnival and a costume contest will be held at 3:30 p.m.
Families will also be able to trick-or-treat at participating businesses in the Parkway.
Knight Street will be closed between George Washington Way and Jadwin Ave for the carnival and the Parkway parking lot will be closed from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. between Lee and Knight Street to accommodate the hayrides and trick-or-treaters.
