RICHLAND, Wash.-The City of Richland is inviting residents to take the 2024 National Community Survey.
The online survey is available in both English and Spanish and feedback will be used to compare Richland to similar communities across the country, according to a City of Richland press release.
The survey will collect opinions on Richland’s economy, mobility, community design, utilities, safety, natural environment, inclusivity and engagement.
“The survey will help us maintain an understanding of our services and allow us to measure our impact going forward,” said City Manager, Jon Amundson.
Richland last conducted an NCS in 2022 and input from that effort was used to identify community goals and for strategic planning.
“We are excited to receive more input from our community that we can compare to our benchmark survey performed in 2022,” said Amundson.
The 2024 survey is open to all Richland residents through June 28.
