RICHLAND, Wash. – The Richland Police Department is still searching for a woman that has been missing since Sept. 28, 2023.
Police say Juliana Ramos Flores, last reported to be 21, is a 5’1″ Hispanic woman weighing 120 pounds. She has a tattoo of rose on her right forearm and one of a black heart on her left wrist.
As of the original report, RPD says there are no known locations of where she could be or anyone she may be staying with.
