RICHLAND, Wash. – The Richland Police Department is trying to find a man who allegedly stole several items from Ulta Beauty on Friday.
At around 2:25 p.m., RPD officers responded to the store on Queensgate Drive to find that a man had entered the store, stole items of varying value and sprayed a chemical, believed to be pepper spray, as he left.
The suspect got away before officers arrived. Richland Fire & Emergency Services also arrived to treat employees and customers hit by the spray.
