According to the Richland Police Department, Jazmine Baldwin has been found safe and is with her family.

The Richland Police Department is asking for assistance in locating runaway 12-year-old from Richland.
Jazmine Baldwin is about 5’3″ tall and has long brown hair. According to RPD, Baldwin left her home early this morning in the area of Greenbrook Blvd in south Richland.
Anyone with information on Baldwin’s location is asked to call dispatch at 509-628-0333.
