RICHLAND, Wash.- A man has sustained serious injuries after being hit by a driver early Sunday morning.
According to the Richland Police Department, officers were alerted to a man lying on the road near Columbia Center Blvd. and Tapetal Drive at 1:43 a.m. Investigators believe the man was hit while it was raining early Sunday Morning. The victim’s medical condition is unknown. However, officers noted the man was severely hurt with a head injury.
