As of 10:18 p.m., all Terrace Heights residents have had power restored. Pacific Power says a damaged line caused the outage.

According to Pacific Power, 2,061 residents in Terrace Heights are without power.
The cause of the outage is under investigation and crews have been notified. It is currently unknown when power will be restored.
