Power restored after short power outages and flickering lights reported in West Richland

WEST RICHLAND, Wash. – UPDATE 4:15 p.m.

According to Benton REA, crews have finished patrolling lines and adjustments have been made to equipment.

Extreme weather may affect power lines and equipment. If you lose power or experiencing flickering, report it to Benton REA outage line 1-800-221-6987 or via SmartHub.

UPDATE 3:24 p.m.

According to Benton REA’s outage map, power has been restored to all customers in the West Richland Area.

Benton REA would like to clarify that multiple homes in the West Richland area are experiencing short power outages and flickering lights. Crews are out patrolling the area to find the cause.
