ISSAQUAH, Wash.-Portable electronic device chargers sold at Costco are being recalled due to the risk of overheating and catching fire.
The Consumer Product Safety Commission posted a recall notice for 567,000 myCharge POWER HUB All-In-One chargers after at least two residential fires linked to the devices.
According to NBC News reporting on the recall, myCharge is aware of 120 reports of the chargers overheating and there have been at least two fires.
Anyone who purchased a myCharge portable charger should contact the company at 888-251-2026 or compliance@mycharge.com for a free replacement.
