PASCO, Wash. – Four teens were arrested early Sunday morning in Pasco, one for bringing a gun to a nightclub and threatening to shoot and three for car theft, according to the Pasco Police Department.
PPD says officers received a report of a 17-year-old with a gun at the La Tropicana nightclub on West Columbia Street. He reportedly showed the gun to security and threatened to shoot after being denied entry.
Officers found the teen on the dance floor making gang signs towards the DJ where he was caught before he could pull out the short-barreled AR-style pistol in his waistband.
As he was being taken into custody, PPD says three others, aged 17, 17 and 18, were trying to get away in a stolen car. The three were also detained.
The initial 17-year-old was arrested for unlawful firearm possession, threats to kill and threats to injure property. Another 17-year-old was arrested for stolen vehicle possession while the other two were arrested for taking a vehicle without permission.
