RICHLAND, Wash.– PFLAG Benton Franklin is inviting the community to their Queersgiving event, which will be held on Thanksgiving, from 5p-8p.
On their Facebook page, they say the event is “for those in the LGBTQIA+ community and their allies!” They say the event is a potluck, but food will be provided. They specified there will be no alcohol.
In their social media post, PFLAG Benton Franklin said, “We understand that not everyone has a welcoming and loving space to come together during the holidays, and we love the concept of creating a safe space for those needing that comfort and support during that time. We love you! We accept you! You are amazing!”
They say the event will be held at The Space at 1384 Jadwin Ave. Richland, Washington.
