PASCO, Wash. – The Benton Franklin Chapter of PFLAG is hosting its Walk and Roll Fundraiser, a three kilometer walk starting at Chiawana Park in Pasco on Sat., May 18.
The annual walk raises awareness for LGBTQ+ youth bullying, suicide and self-harm prevention. Participants can choose to walk, skate, bike, roll and more along the Columbia River.
Food trucks, a resource fair and yard games will be available for participants. All proceeds from the event go towards PFLAG Benton Franklin.
Check-in and registration is at 10 a.m. at Chiawana Park. The walk begins at 10:45 a.m. Pre-registration is $25 and registration day-of is $30.
