PENDLETON, Ore. – The Pendleton Police Department is asking for public assistance in locating missing 28-year-old, Emma K. Byers.
According to Pendleton PD, Byers was last seen walking towards Interstate I-84 near milepost 210 on March 7, 2024, at approximately 11:00 p.m.
Byers is described as a 5’5″ white woman with brown hair and blue eyes.
