KENNEWICK, Wash.-Eastbound lanes of Clearwater Avenue are blocked as Kennewick Police investigate a crash involving a pedestrian.
A pedestrian suffered minor injuries in the crash near Clearwater and Fillmore Street and drivers are asked to avoid the area if possible, according to the KPD.
