PASCO, Wash.- A collision on the ramp from North SR-395 to West I-82 in Pasco resulted in the death of a pedestrian Saturday morning.
The Washington State Patrol reports that Evelio Cruz, 41, was walking in the road when he was hit by an oncoming vehicle.
According to WSP, Cruz was dead at the scene.
