Pasco’s Fiery Food Festival returns this weekend

PASCO, Wash.- Pasco’s Fiery Food Festival returns on Saturday, September 14, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. at Peanuts Park.

The event will feature several food vendors, pony rides, a Kid’s Zone, live entertainment, and a pepper-eating contest.

Additionally, the Pepper Jack Journey is a city-wide scavenger hunt that begins in July and ends at the Fiery Foods Festival. This year, organizers will release a small number of limited edition trading cars featuring various Pasco locations.

The City of Pasco will close S. 4th Avenue between W. Lewis Street and W. Columbia Street for the event and Columbia Street will be closed between 3rd and 4th Avenues for entertainment and vendor booths, according to the city of Pasco.

The deadline for vendor registration is Thursday, August 29.
