PASCO, Wash. –
According to Washington State Patrol, a 17-year-old from Pasco is dead after a single-car rollover crash that happened at around 12:30 a.m. on Dec. 23rd.
WSP says this crash happened on State Route 395 at milepost 36, just 12 miles north of Pasco. Officers say the car left the roadway and rolled before coming to a stop upside down.
WSP says 3 people between the ages of 17 and 20 were in the car when it crashed. WSP says the driver is okay however, both passengers were sent to the hospital where one later died.
WSP says that both passengers were not wearing seatbelts and the cause of the crash was speeding too fast for conditions.
