PASCO, Wash – Pasco Police are on the hunt for a man charged with armed robbery, kidnapping and first degree assault.
Victor Amezcua-Garcia, also known as “Lil Minor”, is considered dangerous, according to a release by Pasco Police.
Detectives are asking the community to remain vigilant and call non-emergency dispatch at 509-628-0333 or call 911 with any information about his whereabouts.
