Pasco Police find missing woman with dementia

PASCO, Wash. – UPDATE 2:38 p.m.

Pasco Police say Zenaida Avila was found walking in Pasco and has been reunited with her family.

Pasco Police are currently searching for a missing 64-year-old woman with dementia.

Zenaida Avila was last seen near Catalonia Dr. and Porto Ln. in Pasco around noon on Aug. 29, according to a Pasco PD post.

According to Avila’s family she has dementia and they are asking for help from the community to bring her home.

Avila is 5’4” and may be accompanied by a small black and white Chihuahua. She was last seen wearing a pink shirt and dark pink pants.

Anyone who has seen Avila or has any information about her whereabouts is asked to call 911 and reference case #24-048540.
