PASCO, Wash.-The Pasco Police Department business watch meeting is set for Wednesday, Dec. 11.
The meeting, scheduled for 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the community room of the Pasco PD station at 215 W. Sylvester Street, will cover District’s 1 and 2. Interested business owners can register for the meeting by scanning the QR code in the flyer.
According to Pasco PD, the department’s business watch program was designed to foster collaboration between law enforcement and local businesses in the community.
The business watch meeting will include the state of the district, crime statistics and a presentation by PPD’s Street Crimes Unit.
The objectives of the business watch program are crime prevention, community engagement and information sharing, according to the PPD.
