Pasco PD investigating pills found at McGee Elementary

PASCO, Wash.-Police are now investigating a baggie with four pills in it found outside McGee Elementary.

A parent found the baggie and turned it in after a community event at the school on the evening of Aug. 27.

According to the Pasco School District, the baggie was secured by the school nurse before Pasco PD began its investigation.

The PSD released the following statement after the pills were found:

“The safety and well-being of our students is our top priority. If you or your child have any information that may help with the investigation, please contact the Pasco Police Department. We are aware that some social media posts contain incorrect information about this incident. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to your school directly.”
