Carmen Goers (R) is running for Congress in Washington’s 8th Congressional District, which covers Kittitas and Chelan Counties.
Born in California, Goers moved to Washington after serving in the military and has called the Evergreen State home for the past 20 years, working as a commercial banker and community volunteer, according to her website.
Goers is running against incumbent Dr. Kim Schrier (D) in the General Election.
