YAKIMA, Wash. – The Pacific Power Foundation is giving out over $240,000 in grant awards to nonprofits and organizations in Washington, Oregon and California as part of one of its four yearly grant cycles.
The organizations being funded reportedly promote education and enhance STEM learning opportunities.
“We are privileged to support our local organizations in preparing both children and adults to thrive and succeed on their own terms through these educational, STEM and workforce development opportunities,” said Foundation Director and Pacific Power President Ryan Flynn. “We are truly inspired by the innovative approaches our communities are taking to nurture young minds for the future.”
