OLYMPIA, Wash.-There are currently 22 unclaimed lottery prizes worth more than $10,000 each in Washington.
The winning tickets, worth a combined total of $6,305,000, will expire soon if they aren’t claimed, according to the Washington Lottery. A full list of unclaimed prizes is available online.
Winning tickets can be cashed in at a regional Washington’s Lottery office before 5 p.m. on the day that the ticket expires. Players have 180 days from the drawing date to claim their prizes.
According to the lottery, the prizes that aren’t claimed are placed into a reserve account, with funds being transferred to the Washington Opportunity Pathways Account (WOPA), which supports education in Washington State every June.
