WALLA WALLA, Wash.-Utility crews with Pacific Power are responding to an outage affecting about 2, 193 customers in the College Place area.
The power reportedly went out around 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 14 and utility crews are assessing the situation to determine the cause and establish an estimated timeframe for when power will be restored.
