RICHLAND, Wash. – An estimated 165 homes are without power in the Horn Rapids and north Horn Rapids industrial areas in Richland.
In a Facebook post, the City of Richland said they also received reports of an outage near Stevens Drive and Van Giesen Street. NonStop Local callers said they began experiencing the outage at around 9:20 a.m.
The city said crews are working to determine the cause. There is no estimated time of restoration as of now.
