PENDLETON, Ore.- Applications to participate in the Oregon UAS Accelerator program are now open. The first cohort of applicants will start their work on June 3 ending with the Pendleton Investor Roundup on September 10.
Oregon UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) says its looking for innovators and entrepreneurs with ready ideas to start working on. Applicants need to be present in Oregon, with the team’s founder being involved and one team member working full-time on the Accelerator’s program from June 3 to September 10th.
“The Oregon UAS Accelerator represents a strategic initiative to harness Oregon’s competitive advantages and propel the state to the forefront of UAS development in the United States,” said Steve Chrisman, Economic Development & Airport Director.
Applications close at 5 p.m. on March 31.
