RICHLAND, Wash.-The REACH MUSEUM and Tapteal Greenway are offering some family-friendly, nature-based fun this Thanksgiving weekend.
The REACH Museum is offering games, puzzles and coloring pages throughout the weekend and an “Opt Outside” birding and craft event on Friday, Nov. 24. from 1-3 p.m.
All ages are welcome to attend a guided bird walk, featuring the basics of how to use binoculars and how to quickly identify birds in the area. After the bird walk attendees can learn how to make corn husk dolls inside the museum.
Participation in “Opt Outside” is included with general museum admission. The REACH Museum is located at 1943 Columbia Park Trail in Richland.
