KENNEWICK, Wash.-The Kennewick Chapter of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution presented its 2024 Community Awards Ceremony on March 11.
NonStop Local was presented the DAR Entertainment and Media Award at the ceremony held at Life Tributes Center in Kennewick.
According to the NSDAR, the Media and Entertainment Award is meant to recognize outstanding work by a program or a member of the film, radio, or television industries promoting education, historic preservation, or patriotism.
NonStop Local was recognized for supporting community organizations and groups, including the Kennewick chapter of NSDAR with Wreaths Across America.
The National Society Daughters of the American Revolution (NSDAR) was founded on October 11, 1890 on the principles of history, education and patriotism.
