RICHLAND, Wash.-Construction of a new roundabout at the intersection of Dallas Road and Trowbridge Boulevard will improve traffic flow and safety, according to the city.
Construction of the new roundabout is scheduled to start in Sept. and will replace the two-way, stop-controlled intersection at the busy intersection.
The new roundabout will feature:
Streamlined traffic movement to reduce delays and traffic jams during peak hours.Enhanced safety features, including pedestrian crosswalks and improved signage.Environmental benefits, including green space and landscaping.
