BENTON COUNTY, Wash.-Local children are invited to participate in a coloring contest to design a new Benton County Sheriff’s Office patch that will be available for purchase in 2024.
The coloring contest is open to residents of Benton and Franklin County ages 12 and under. Designs must be submitted in-person to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office in Kennewick by Friday, Dec. 1. The badge contest coloring sheets are available through the BCSO facebook page.
The winner will be notified by mid-December and will receive a patch with their design and lunch with Sheriff Croskrey.
All proceeds from sales of the winning patches will benefit the BCSO Sheriff’s Foundation.
