PROSSER, Wash. – More than five hundred people are without power in Prosser, according to Benton PUD.
The energy company said the outage that is affected 559 homes began at 5:55 p.m. and crews are still looking for a cause or location of the outage. Anyone with information is asked to call 1-888-582-2176.
Temperatures in Prosser hit around 107 degrees on Sunday and were at about 96 degrees when the power went out.
