ELLENSBURG, Wash.-A well drilling project will close an alley in Ellensburg the first week of Dec.
According to the City of Ellensburg, the alley between 3rd and 4th Avenues and Kittitas and Water Streets will from Dec. 4 through Dec. 6. for monitor well drilling.
