KITTITAS COUNTY, Wash. – Citizens of Kittitas County are invited to a meeting on how Kittitas County Public Works can better prepare the community for disasters.
The meeting allows the public to review potential hazards within the county and lets attendees give their input on hazard mitigation measures.
A questionnaire is also available for residents in both English and Spanish.
The meetings are set for Wed., Feb. 21 in Cle Elum and Thu., Feb. 22 in Ellensburg.
The Cle Elum meeting is at the Centennial Center from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. In Ellensburg, the meeting is at the Kittitas County Event Center Armory Main Hall from 5 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
