BENTON COUNTY, Wash.-A man suspected of child molestation was arrested in Kennewick on March. 6.
According to the Benton County Sheriff’s Office, the arrest comes after a year-long investigation into the alleged crimes by the 28-year-old suspect, begun in March of 2023.
Four potential victims were identified throughout the investigation, however, the suspect could not be found when the investigation ended.
Detectives obtained a nationwide extradition warrant for the suspect and the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force arrested him on suspicion of three counts of Child Molestation and a count of Assault with Sexual Motivation, according to a BCSO press release on the arrest.
