The Tri-Cities Salsa Congress brings in dancers from all over the world to perform and teach workshops.
A salsa congress is similar to a dance conference according to one of the founders of the Tri-cities Salsa Congress Emy Laija.
The event will have more than Salsa with Bachata, Kizomba and Cumbia also being danced.
