FINLEY, Wash.-The Lineage Logistics warehouse fire that started on April 21 is now out, according to the company.

Lineage released the following statement regarding the fire on June 20:

We are pleased to share that we’ve fully extinguished the fire at our Kennewick facility adjacent to Finley. As a result of the significant progress in debris removal made and continuous firefighting in collaboration with the Benton County Fire District, our teams on the ground were able to access the remaining hot spots and put out the fire.

We expect cleanup efforts will continue for several weeks.

Lineage also released drone photos of the warehouse before the fire, after the fire and cleanup as of June 18.

Finley residents affected by the fire are invited to get air filtration units and N95 masks at a drive-thru event at River View High School on Friday, June 21 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m., according to the Benton-Franklin Health District.

Those coming to the event should enter the parking lot from Game Farm Road and leave on Lemon Drive. Those who are homebound who would like filtration units or masks should call 509-460-4205.

The BFHD is coordinating its efforts on the drive-thru with Benton County Commissioners, Benton County Fire District 1, Benton Clean Air Agency and the departments of Ecology and Health.
