ZILLAH, Wash.-Fire crews with Yakima County Fire District #5 are currently on the scene of a large wildfire northeast of Zillah.
According to a YCFD5 social media post, the fire is several hundred acres in size.
Power in the areas of Toppenish and Zillah was turned off as a precautionary measure, with the emergency de-energization lasting for about 30-45 minutes, according to Simon Gutierrez with Pacific Power.
