KENNEWICK, Wash. – The Kennewick School District welcomed two new school resource officers from the Kennewick Police Department to expand officer coverage of schools.
Officer Jason Vought is now the school resource officer at Horse Heaven Hills Middle School and Officer Justin Peterson was assigned to Desert Hills Middle School.
KSD says with the addition of Vought and Peterson to the staff of Kennewick resource officers, all middle and high schools in the city have resource officers from KPD.
