In an update from the Pasco Police Department, Darren Birden, 55, is now in custody.
There is no update on the search for 34-year-old Leah Graham.

The Kennewick Police Department is seeking assistance from the public on finding two people suspected of kidnapping and robbery.
The two felonies occurred in the early morning of Dec. 17, with 55-year-old Darren Birden of Pasco and 34-year-old Leah Graham of Kennewick being identified as suspects.
KPD says both suspects are considered armed and dangerous as a firearm was used in the crime. The kidnapping victim reportedly escaped the same day as the crime and is safe.
Anyone who sees Birden and Graham or knows of their locations are urged to call 911 or submit an anonymous tip online.
