KENNEWICK, Wash. – UPDATE July 9 3:36 p.m.
According to the Kennewick Police Department and the Benton County Coroner’s Office, the victim of the Sat., July 6 shooting at the Crown Village Apartments on North Volland Street has been identified.
Taylor Scoles, 26, of Kennewick was shot at around 7 p.m. and reportedly died after being brought to a nearby hospital. His next of kin has been notified.
KPD says the incident was isolated and that there was no threat to the public. Suspect information is reportedly unknown.
