KENNEWICK, Wash.- Police arrived at the Rite Aid store in Kennewick for a theft in progress to find an armed suspect with multiple outstanding warrants.
According to the Kennewick Police Department, the suspect fought police before he was arrested. Police discovered the man was a convicted felon, making the gun in his possession illegal.
The suspect was booked at Benton County jail on several felony charges and outstanding warrants.
