RICHLAND, Wash.-April is National Volunteer Month and Kadlec hosted its annual Volunteer Appreciation Luncheon on April 25.
The luncheon was an opportunity for Kadlec to celebrate the impact its 200 volunteers have on the hospital, its services and the community, and to encourage volunteerism.
Kadlec’s volunteers generously give of their time in numerous ways to serve both patients and visitors, including escorting patients and visitors, delivering mail, providing music therapy, working in the gift shop and so much more, according to the hospital.
