According to a post from the Richland Police Department, Jadwin Avenue has reopened.

A DUI crash is blocking Jadwin Avenue as the Richland Police Department investigates.
RPD says the collision is west of George Washington Way and blocking the road.
Drivers are asked to use different routes for around an hour until RPD clears the scene.
