KENNEWICK, Wash. – Shots were fired at a group of people in Kennewick Sunday afternoon, according to a press release from the Kennewick Police Department.
KPD says officers were sent to the 4800 block of West Clearwater Avenue at around 4:30 p.m. for reports of multiple gunshots being heard in the area.
Upon arrival, officers spoke to witnesses who said a vehicle’s passenger shot at a group of people as the vehicle drove away.
After an initial investigation, KPD officers found a spent casing in the area. No injuries have been reported from the shooting.
