PROSSER, Wash. –
Prosser-based musician Ben Macy is gathering his friends to perform songs that celebrate the holiday season. Princess Theatre in Prosser is inviting the public to its December 9 Jazz a la Carte program, “Ben Macy & Friends Christmas Celebration.” This one-night-only event will take place in The Green Room.
The show will include holiday classics, arranged by Macy to be both fresh and nostalgic. Joining Macy will be Don Kinney on drums, Greg Lyman on bass, and Kevin Lane on saxophone. In addition to the instrumental quartet, Macy will welcome a few close friends to sing solos, duets, and full group sing-alongs with him.
Tickets include free cookies, donated by Prosser Memorial Health, as well as hot chocolate. Doors of The Green Room will open at 6:30 PM; music will begin at 7. Admission is free for kids and students with school ID. Adult tickets are $15 each. Tickets are available online at www.ProsserPrincess.com and at the door.
