BENTON COUNTY, Wash.-A hiker on Badger Mountain was rescued after suffering a medical emergency on Sunday, Nov. 12.
Benton County Fire District 1 responded to the call of a hiker in distress and were directed to the exact location by other hikers who stayed with the patient.
According to BCFD1, rescue crews were able to get a litter, a one-wheeled device with handles used to transport patients, from a storage facility at Badger Mountain Park to help move the man down the mountain.
