YAKIMA COUNTY, Wash. – The Highland School District announced Tuesday that its schools will be under a two-hour delay on Wed., Dec. 18.
Schools include Highland High School, Highland Middle School, Marcus Whitman Cowiche Elementary School and Tieton Elementary School.
