SELAH, Wash. – A two-car, head-on collision in Selah sent three people to the hospital on Wednesday, according to Washington State Patrol Trooper Sarah Clasen.
Clasen says the crash happened at around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Harrison Road and SR-821. Crews arrived about 10 minutes later.
Three people were transported to a nearby hospital with non life-threatening injuries, one being a 17-year-old who allegedly caused the crash and the other two being victims in the car that was hit head-on.
Clasen notes that roadways were closed for about an hour but have since been reopened. Both cars were destroyed as a result.
Crews are reportedly still following up on the exact cause of the crash.
